Our Operations Manager Rebekah has been working in the building industry since the age of 17. Originally involved in customer service at a local hardware retailer, after completing her degree in Psychology and Sociology, Rebekah was offered the role of Assistant Trade Manager at Mitre 10 Mega Hamilton, a role she had been working towards for some time.

Rebekah loved her role, and the experience gave her an incredible insight into the building industry. Rebekah has always been motivated by her ability to help people achieve their goals, and working in a busy environment alongside likeminded people is what drives her. “Seeing a project grow from a concept on a piece of paper to incorporate hundreds of people that work towards one common goal is awesome. The tough times are made better by seeing a family move into their new home and knowing that I was a part of making their dream a reality”. When the opportunity arose to work with Andrew the choice was an easy one, and with more than 10 years’ experience she was a perfect candidate for the job.
